Objective
The girl, a premium real estate agent, wanted to create a space to live in as a harmonious environment with soft natural tones and with natural materials.
Solution
We have developed a design in neutral soft calm tones, with an emphasis on natural materials, stone travertine.
Living room
The living room is done in milky ivory white; Benjamin Moore Aura paint is used in the finish.
Local custom furniture.

Natural stone will never go out of style
We suggested travertine stone as a light and at the same time very diverse and interesting in texture.
The natural stone theme continues in the stone countertop of the kitchen island and kitchen apron.

A living room with everything at your fingertips
The 613.54 sq.ft. living-kitchen is divided into approximately three equal zones: kitchen, dining and TV area. There is a feeling of coziness and separation of the TV area due to the functional shelf made of natural stone.

Admire the fireplace in the TV area
Under the TV is a large electric decorative fireplace. It does not create heat, but it is a spectacular centerpiece in the composition of the TV area.

Breezy beige with different textures
Monochrome interiors can sometimes be boring, but not in this one, because there are several different textures and patterns. Matte travertine on the floor, glossy natural stone in the fireplace area, active stone on the coffee table, engraving on the front of the cabinet in the TV area.

Also in the living room there is a little decor - these are candles, which reinforce the theme of fire in the fireplace and an olive branch, emphasizing the character of the seashore.
Unusual hallway
The hallway strikes the perception with a bright green Serip chandelier, which continues the theme of the sea, shelves of natural marble with a mottled pattern and silver and pearl shine of mirrored fluted closet partition.

Bedroom at the bottom of the sea
Diving into the dream can be similar to diving into the sea with a scuba diver. And here the main element of attention is an unusual chandelier, similar to the sea actinia.
The stone here is not only on the floor, but also on the wall as an imitation of a rock. And on the wall opposite is a wood surface.

An oasis of nature at the dressing table
Here we made an easy quote of the japandi style with simple rounded shapes, natural materials - wood, and real live wood in the interior.

Bathroom inside the underworld
The stylish combination of two types of stone - dark embossed and light smooth, creates a mystical atmosphere of a beautiful and majestic cave hall.

Light accents
The large amount of light makes the small bathroom feel more spacious, and the natural decorative elements of the fixture support the natural details in the other rooms.

The dressing room is like a jewelry box
The small 36.27 sq.ft. walk-in closet looks enchanting. The contrast of the refined Serip chandelier and the deep green makes it feel like a luxe culture and a real jewel.
