Objective
The client wanted to create a luxurious interior of a single-storey house on the sea. From preferences on style Italy and modern style. The wish is that the interior does not become outdated over time.
Solution
We designed a modern style home and interior for the client. In order to enhance the effect that the interior is an extension of the view beyond the panoramic windows to the sea, we displayed a white-sand color scheme in the flooring and upholstered furniture.
Living room in natural stone
Huge 947.22 sq.ft. living room with 16.4 ft. ceilings and panoramic windows with gorgeous views of the sea. In it we set up a seating area with Minotti sofas and a small dining area.

Communication area
In 700 sq.ft. we placed two sofa groups and four Minotti armchairs for customers to gather with a group of friends up to 16 people.

Fireplace as a center of attraction
The long, three-foot long fireplace is one of the striking focal points in this living room.

Gilded marble
In this living room we used 6 types of marble. And one of the accent walls is made of marble with gilding, which emphasizes the high social status of the customers.

Richness of light textures
The main color of the interior - ivory - was specially chosen to combine the interior with the landscape outside the window. The variety of white and sandy shades and textures of the marble table, velour sofas and carpet creates an atmosphere of luxury.

Two-level floor
We created a corridor with a glass enclosure on the second level, so that when you leave the bedroom you can enjoy the sunrise in the living room.

Dining area
On 247.57 sq.ft. we placed a dining area with a glass dining table for 8 people. The area is decorated with a lapis lazuli sculpture.

The wall is like a rock
The other wall we made of rough natural stone, it contrasts with the opposite marble wall.
