Objective
One bedroom studio apartment 867.89 sq.ft., living room united with kitchen and bedroom separated by a wall, but not isolated. The interior was created for a young couple of businessmen. Stylistics that the customer liked - modern classics in light and beige colors. The apartment should have 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
Solution
We proposed a redesign, which resulted in a spacious kitchen-living room 515.37 sq.ft., two isolated bedrooms: 145.63 sq.ft. and a bedroom 125.29 sq.ft., as well as a bathroom with shower 81.59 sq.ft. The interior turned out to be spacious, bright and with a lot of author's details of modern classic style, which can be seen not only in moldings and cornices on the walls, but also expressed in the furniture and doors, which will be made to order.
Window-side dining area in a natural luxury aesthetic
The customer really liked the round table and wanted the dining area to be by the window. We played up the idea of a circle, which was reflected in the geometry of the chairs, the round paintings on the wall and the tiered round chandelier. The theme of nature is revealed both in the natural marble of the dining table and in the mountain landscapes on the wall.

Kitchen with a breakfast bar
The kitchen continues the marble theme with contrasts of light marble on the kitchen floor and apron and dark marble on the bar counter. The kitchen features countertop cooking work surfaces and a spacious 5.58 ft. long island bar.

Ergonomics in the kitchen
In the 12 sq.ft. kitchen we placed the sink, refrigerator and stove according to the golden triangle rule, so that it would be convenient to prepare food. All the aisles are comfortable, the narrowest being 3.31 ft.

Bedroom
The 145.63 sq.ft. bedroom has beautiful views from the window and features storage, a spacious 6.89 ft. closet and a Bonaldo bed with bedside tables.

Decor details
The light bedroom has many beautiful details: moldings on the wall and in the furniture, an unusual mirror with filigree engraving and shelves with lighting.

Coffee table by the window
In the corner of the room by the window we placed a chair with a coffee table, at it to read a book, during the day the natural light is perfect.

Lighting
We proposed three types of lighting in the bedroom: functional lighting in the form of points and sconces by the bed, decorative lighting in the form of illuminated shelves, and a chandelier. All the lights are dimmable.

Second bedroom
The second bedroom 125.29 sq.ft. we proposed to make completely in dark colors, but later the customers wanted to make it light, but with dark accents.

Just the essentials
On the 125.29 sq.ft. bedroom we placed what the customers wanted in it: a bed with bedside tables, an armchair and a dresser.

Bedroom decor
The bedroom is decorated with two paintings on the theme of flora and fauna, instead of paintings you can use tapestries.

Living room
In the 129.16 sq.ft. living room, we placed a sofa and TV with a decorative fireplace.

Functional lighting
In the living room, we did away with the chandelier and left only dimmable spotlights on the ceiling. During the day, the living room has good natural light from a high full-wall window.

Finishing materials
The living room features Boen hardwood flooring, natural oak and Benjamin Moore Aura paint, Orac Decor cornices and moldings, and oak veneer wall panels.

Furniture
Ditre sofa and chair and custom coffee table.

A marble symphony
The bathroom is decorated with black and white marble porcelain tiles, with warm gold accents in mosaics and fixtures.

Lighting
Spot lighting on the ceiling creates an even light throughout the shower room. Additionally, two frosted sconces have been added at the mirror to illuminate the face. Decorative illumination of mosaics and shelves.

Storing
In the shower area there is storage for shampoo, open shelves, a locker next to it and another shelf with open shelves.

Entrance hall
In a small hallway area of 19.37 sq.ft. we placed a pouffe for dressing shoes and a mirror. Next to it is a closet for outerwear.

Hall
From their entrance hall we enter a spacious hall of 129.16 sq.ft. which is combined with the living room.

Plenty of storage
The full wall features a long 11.55 ft. walk-in closet and dresser area with drawers.

On the column we hung a picture, under which there is a functional table for things like car keys and phones. On the other side of the column are open shelves with lighting.
