Objective
To create a light, light, minimalist interior for a family of two entrepreneurs, with simple shapes, lots of space and natural tones. Design areas: kitchen, living room, hallway with stairs and bathrooms. The color scheme chosen by the customer is very popular, these are shades of beige, gray and brown.
Solution
Beige interiors are always a challenge! And we accepted it. Yes, brown is a healthy conservatism. And here's what we did to keep the color scheme from looking boring and dull:
We used contrasts, which make the interior dynamic and invigorating as well as a cup of first-class Italian espresso. We used wood as the base material in the interior, which is brown, but very cozy and warm. We added a combination of rough and delicate textures of materials, such as travertine slabs on the walls in the hallway and delicate velour. We created a lighting pattern that illuminates important details and functional areas and gently takes a back seat to the rest.
Living room
The interior of the living room is built on a combination of two principles: dark walnut wood - it's charm and premium and noble gray stone - it's reliability and durability of the mountain massif. And these textures and their shades are repeated in the materials, they are unlike each other, like ice and flame, but carry the same idea.
For example, the wooden beams and stoneware floor are wood. And the masculine gray concrete in the TV area and the huge sofa in the color of volcanic glass, which looks like a giant boulder, is stone. The subconscious decodes it as forest and mountains.

Кухня
The customer wanted a dark kitchen with light parts and complex, interesting shapes. No kitchens with one line and one plane!
Natural materials - wood and graphite echo the floor in the living room, the table and sofa in materials and colors. And the wooden beams zone the kitchen from the hall and the living room.

Kitchen features
The refrigerator, sink, and cooktop in the kitchen are arranged according to the rule of the triangle, it's convenient. And behind the bar you can have breakfast, socialize with other family members and watch TV!

Hall and entrance hall
Buddha, mirror, natural stones and lots and lots of wood. The crystal clarity of the hallway helps to achieve harmony and check the customer how he looks in the mirror before going out into the outside world.
The mirror further increases the space and together with the portal arch creates the effect of a suite of rooms.
When finishing, the customer chose between porcelain stoneware tiles and decorative plaster with travertine effect and chose plaster. With the size of the tiles being 2.95x2.95 ft., stucco seemed like a safer option.

Hall features
The staircase is made as transparent and soaring as possible in order to enhance the free-space effect. Doors with a classic accent make the atmosphere more sophisticated.
Bathroom with a large shower
Have you ever been to the cave of the mountain dwarf king? Inspired by the aesthetics of large, majestic underground halls, we created this bathroom. It combined the celebration of the richness of the minerals and rocks with the divine play of contrast and light of its two parts.
The first part is the bathroom: the brightness, chic, and luster of the marble-like tiles and acrylic stone are set off by the deep walnut wood. The wide sinks are illuminated by area lights, it's comfortable to wash your face and brush your teeth!
The second part is the shower room itself and that is the king's cave. No trays, borders, thresholds, glass curtains or steps. The shower room is a separate and self-contained space.

Bathroom on the first floor
It was amazing to fit both a toilet and a sink and a towel rail into this 21.53 sq.ft. crumb. The other surprise is the tile on the floor and wall - concrete with marble crumbs, which is back in fashion.
