Objective
Create a cozy, refined and emotionally warm interior for a large business family that loves to host guests and appreciates warm evenings together.
Solution
The apartment was a duplex and when buying it, the customers combined two apartments on different floors.
It was decided to make the first floor a family and children's area, and the second floor a private area for the couple. Therefore, on the first floor we located a spacious living room of 570.49 sq.ft. with a kitchen of 150.69 sq.ft., a small bathroom of 96.87 sq.ft., a boy's kid's room of 215.28 sq.ft. and a girl's kid's room of 193.75 sq.ft. All these rooms are located along a spacious hall-corridor of 182.98 sq.ft., at the beginning of which is a mini dressing room 53.82 sq.ft. and at the end of which is a laundry room 43.05 sq.ft.
On the second floor, spaces for the couple to work and relax: a sophisticated 247.56 sq.ft. master bedroom, an office for the husband with a sitting area for his wife of 290.62 sq.ft., and a full walk-in closet of 182.98 sq.ft.
Living room
The living room is in noble milky pearl and gray tones with a bright color accent.
The finishes are natural materials, Little Green paint, Kahrs hardwood flooring.
Living room features
The compositional center of the living room is the Ditre sofa in gray nubuck. The TV area, decorated with decorative plaster, imitates the structure of refined designer concrete.
The living room has excellent natural light and we added lights to all functional areas and decorative lighting.

A separate recreation area is made on the balcony. On a wide soft window sill you can sit, read, or even lie down, looking through the stained glass window. The passage to the balcony is maximally extended, so that it visually increases the living room space.

A cozy place for reading books and privacy thanks to a high stained glass window does not darken, but creates additional light in the living room, in addition, in the implementation at the window made a wide window sill on which you can sit.
Bathroom
My husband was the main customer for the bathtub. He wanted the bathtub to look simple, serious and expensive. The combination of natural materials - stone and wood - is always a winning combination. With the help of straight lines and minimalist strict geometry we emphasized the masculine character.
The bathroom is quite small. But on 96.87 sq.ft. it was possible to accommodate the bathtub, shower, sink and toilet and to keep a convenient passage. In order to visually expand the room, we chose contrasts in the design of the walls.
Light ivory marble flooring and golden oak contrast with dark chocolate riven stone.

The bathroom lighting is functional, we chose black overhead lights to quote the strict minimalist lines.
The perimeter of the bathroom is illuminated by a decorative LED strip, which gives the space an added gloss.

What could be better than waking up early in the morning in a spacious bedroom flooded with sunshine and starting a new day with energy and inspiration?
We have specially designed such a bright bedroom, it has a large window, next to its own bathroom with shower and a large walk-in closet.

The bedroom is built on the game of contrasts of milky white walls, dark natural oak parquet Kahrs, and dark gray soft panels of eco-leather.
Practical and upholstered, the Ditre bed is complemented by French textiles.

The space of the office room is created for work and rest of the head of the family. Strict and noble colors: milky white, gray and graphite are used in the finishing.
The floor is natural parquet Kahrs, wall covering - triangular geometric panels made of decorative plaster.
The space in the desktop area is as free as possible with nothing unnecessary.
From the decor, we added greenery and a picture of a mountain top to make sure things always go uphill.

Hallway and lobby
The hall welcomes the guest with a respectable veneer, there is a lot of wood in it. And although of course some of the veneer is imitation, the decorative plaster on the walls and the laminated panels on the ceiling all look delightful.
On the floor, Kahrs oak hardwood flooring adds wood.

The inspiration for this bathroom was Japanese minimalism with natural stone and wood textures and soft, calm colors.
Functionally, the small bathroom has also managed to harmoniously accommodate a shower room.
Wood, stone and strict geometric shapes emphasize the masculine character of this bathroom.
Bedroom
Simple, minimalist, in light colors, the bedroom is designed so that there is nothing superfluous in it. A large window to welcome the sunrise and wake up in a good mood.
And a small private bathroom with a shower right outside the door.
Another door from the bedroom leads to a walk-in closet, which is also very convenient.
Hall
The hall pleases with the coziness of wood on the floor and ceiling and surprises with wonderful plaster abstract panels.
The width of the corridor, which leads to the living room, bathroom and children's room, was chosen exactly so as not to create the feeling of a narrow extended space and at the same time not to waste the useful area of the apartment - 6 ft.
The bookshelves in the hallway are such that you can see into the living room through them, and it's very interesting, especially for the kids whose rooms are just next door.
Kids' room
The boy's room is designed in the style of the Star Wars movie saga.
It has everything you need: a bed made in the shape of a spaceship, a work area by the window, and a spacious play area.
For your favorite Lego constructor there are shelves in the whole wall, so in this nursery can theoretically be a complete order.

The office room was designed as a place to work and relax, so it has a work area and an area for communication.
On the balcony of the office room is a small workstation for the wife.
The wife also has a sitting area, it's a hanging chair where she can read or knit.
Checkroom
A spacious dressing room is a self-sufficient room with a window and two large mirrors, so there is a lot of light and you can easily understand how the image looks both in natural and artificial light.
There are closets designed along two walls, so there is plenty of storage space for two adults.
For pole dance training, we put a pole in the dressing room, which the customer refused to realize.
