Objective
The customer, a young millionaire, asked us to create a bright, cozy interior, in a modern eco-style, with natural materials.
Two-bedroom apartment 13476.42 sq.ft., had already endured the work of another designer before us and almost finished the final repair, but the customer did not like the result and called us.
Solution
In the course of the project it turned out that the client likes not a modern style, but a light modern classic. The interior really turned out to be light and quite moderate in color, but not at all boring and very premium.
The original layout of the apartment is almost unchanged. The only thing that was changed was to increase the space of the dressing room and change the location of the doors.
Living room
The living room is presented in a range of white, milky and beige shades.
In the finishing used natural materials, paint Little Greene, cement poured floor.

Enjoying the luxury of white
There is a lot of light in the living room because of the stained glass windows, and the entire interior is done in shades of white, with beige accents. In addition, few people can afford a white floor. Black graphic accents in the paintings and a large brown pouffe have been added so as not to get visually lost in this glow.
A huge sofa with a Ditre pouffe dominates the center of the living room. From it you can perfectly see the fireplace Dimplex with the effect of live flames, the upper console above the fireplace is decorated with marble.
Right behind the sofa is a marble bar, with four chairs, behind which you can sit, socialize, eat and watch TV if you want.

Alternative TV Zone
Kitchen and dining area
A white walnut veneer kitchen with a marble apron is adjacent to the dining area, B4 Living Spa table and chairs. The table slides up to 6.56 ft. and you can watch TV from the dining area, too.

Corridor

Bedroom
The cozy light-chocolate bedroom space has soft natural light. In order not to make the interior look monotonous, the walls contrast with the light oak parquet Boen.
Two walls of the bedroom are fully occupied by furniture: a bed with an upholstered wide headboard and a deep closet.

Balcony
The balcony was originally planned to be warm, but the customer decided to keep it as a summer option.
On the balcony you can read, there is a lot of light, drink morning or evening tea, or just meditate in silence.
Just like the bedroom, the balcony has its own curtains.

Cabinet
Functionally, the office has a long desk and full-wall shelves. The overall atmosphere of the office is light, with contrasts combined with the dark oak veneer wood paneling.

Bathroom
At 53.82 sq.ft. it is not easy enough to create a full bathroom, with a sink and a toilet. To the right and left of the entrance we had small cabinets, the customer wanted more storage space.
In order to compensate for the small space, we chose light tile with a marble pattern both on the walls and on the floor. Visually, the bathroom looks bigger.
Porcelain stoneware on the walls - Mirage White.

Shower room
A concise 32.29 sq.ft. shower room is visually divided into a black part - the shower area and a light part - the bathroom area.
When implementing the floor in the shower lined with mosaics.

The mirrored column emerged to hide the supporting column and maintain the effect of a large living room space.
